Ensuring timely delivery of accurate reports to operations and other concerned parties
Operating the dialer
Ensure that strategies formulated are properly implemented
Analyzing data and defining the dialing strategies.

Should have good knowledge of running the dialer that he is being recruited for.

Understanding of the lead set performance of a lead set and tweaking if necessary.
