Job Description:
End to End IT Recruitment (Preferable if knowledge of different technology skill set)
Sourcing resumes from various job portals, screening, selecting the candidates, scheduling up the interviews.
Scrutinizing the Resumes as per the job requirement
Understanding the complete Recruitment Life Cycle.
Interacting with the business and understanding their requirements.
Identifying prospective candidates for the client companies using effective Research-strategies such as References, Head hunting, Job Portals.
Pre-screening & Tele screening candidates for the open positions - ensuring a right match for the position
Doing follow-ups with candidates who are in the process. Clearing candidate's doubts on company's information, etc
Coordinate the Joining Formalities of the candidates.
