Designation Services - Support Engineer
Job Description
As services engineer - assessed, you will investigate, deliver restorations and produce solutions to customer service requests. You will investigate complex technical problems, trouble shoot systems that are in operation and if requested, participate in the remedy of systems in case of critical situations. You will travel domestic/internationally and work in different cultural environments.
Desired Profile
You have a broad knowledge within telecom and datacom, covering hardware, software and network knowledge. You enjoy working with people from around the world and across various disciplines, from customer technical staff to local authorities. You are self-motivated, with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge.
You should also have
A Bachelor of Science in IT, telecom or equivalent, plus 0-3 years of telecommunications experience
Experience with technical trouble shooting
Good written and spoken English
Candidate must have good GSM understanding.
You should also have following skills:
Protocols: SS7 (CAP, INAP, TCP/IP)
