*Attending telephone calls, mails, etc. and its screening, redirecting it to relevant people, if required.
*Independently respond to letters and generalcorrespondence of a routine nature.
*Hadling EPBAX ,receiving couriers
Desired Candidate Profile:
*Atleast 3-6 months exp
*To answer telephones & take messages, receive visitors, maintain a register for candidates appeared for an interview *Responsible for smooth functioning of the office in all aspects.
* Sending Couriers and keeping records
