Job Description
The incumbent will be involved in pilot scale activity for Biosimilars and Novel r-DNA Therapeutic Proteins
The work revolves scaling up of optimized process, studying scale-up parameters and data analysis
Perform Analysis of samples generated during the process and maintain documentation
Study of process during scale-up, performing scale down experiments
Desired Profile
Good knowledge in downstream processing of peptides and proteins involving techniques of chromatography, filtration, lyophilization etc.
Knowledge on low pressure and high pressure chromatography techniques for purification
Knowledge on analytical techniques for in-process sample quantification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with ability to learn new concepts
Fresher or experience of 1- 2 yrs with in Bio-process and downstream process.
