Job Description
Responsibilities
· Working from a standard protocol and utilizing documented processes to respond to customer issues.
· Successfully resolve simple to moderate technical issues (related to Application Support) from incoming customer contacts.
· Respond to Service / Product / Technical and Customer Relations related questions on subjects such as Features, Specifications, Policies and Procedures based on customer entitlement.
· Begin to proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.
