Requirement:

Mainframe professionals with experience between 5 and 10 yrs required

Job description across all levels:

- Develop, Enhance, support and maintain existing Applications (FIS products as well as 3rd Party applications) in the area of Lending & Cash , Deposits and Deliveries
- Each team member will have to “independently own” each project/assignment working through all phases of the lifecycle viz. requirement analysis, approach definition, documentation (analysis, design and technical), estimation, test plans, unit testing and post implementation support
- Engage independently and pro-actively with the on-site counterparts on all aspects of the project, effectively utilizing all channels of communication
- Adhere to the defined quality assurance, SDLC processes and engagement protocols
- Follow and meet strict SLA’s and Metrics

Skills required:

Mandatory Skills: MVS, COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM. Working knowledge in “Banking domain” is a Must.
Nice to have: ISPF/TSO, EasyTrieve reports, Assembler, MQ, TCP/IP,
Experience required: 5-10 years

Prior Work experience and expertise on:

- Production support/ enhancement / maintenance activities.
- 4 plus years experience in performing Analysis, Design, Development and testing
- Self managed, pro-active and strong techno functional skills
- Should be able to understand the business and technical requirements of the project and provide technical inputs as required.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills required.
- Essential to have experience in large development/maintenance/Enhancement projects
