Job Description:
Handling a Team of Self rect FPA's, Recruitment of Quality Advisors (FPA), Achieve Monthly Sales Targets Direct Walk-in's on the 14th & 15th of July '09 Venue: Aviva LIC, 2nd Floor, Khawaja Building, Opp. Mohta Park, 1/A Chaughan Scheme, Madhuban, Udaipur. Time: 14th July - 12noon to 5pm 15th July - 10am to 5pm

Desired Profile:
1)The role primarily comprises of managing the adviser sales team to achieve the desired sales objectives.2)The Role-holder will work closely with the Branch Manager - Direct Sales Force for implementation of strategies leading to market development within his defined territory.3)Sales call planning – Analysis of territory opportunities, strategies for effective territory coverage, customer research, identifying, prospecting and classifying customer on the basis of socio – economic and cultural factors, dealing with diverse customer profiles.4)Achieving sales targets as per budget. Development of professional Standards in the adviser team by regularly training them on product and sales processes.5)Coordinate, monitor and review the sales efforts of the advisor team.6)Distribution of responsibility pertaining to the clients & prospective clients between advisers.7)Comprehensive knowledge of the company’s and competitor’s products.8)Market feedback.9)Administrative.
