BA Continuum Solutions Pvt. Ltd., non bank subsidiary of Bank of America is conducting Walk-in Interviews for Email Process , Team Member at Gurgaon on 1st, 2nd and 3rd July'09.
Job title: Email Customer Service
The primary responsibility is to review monetary adjustments for accuracy , prior to releasing adjustment . It also involves reviewing of auto released monetary adjustments .These are adjustments that have already been posted to the customer’s account .
