Job Description

As a part of team he is responsible for:

1.Site Surveys, Soil Investigations, and layouts

2.Foundation, road construction and repairs.

3.Executing all constructions activities.

4.Familiar with external , internal plumbing & sanitary systems, water supply & sewage treatment, AC Installation, Electrical etc.

5.Co-ordinate with the consultant , architects, followup with contractors, suppliers etc.

6.Prepare work Schedules, monitoring the progress, supervision of works and also prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

7.Bill Certification and measurement

8.Quantity Estimation & BOQ Preperation

Desired Profile

Location : Anywhere in India (remote areas)

Age : below 24 years

Minimum Height : 165 cm.

Minimum weight : 50 Kg

Vision of Power : If wearing spectacles, the power should be less than + 3 diopters.

Educational Qualification:

First class diploma with min. 60% marks in Civil Engineering

Candidates will be placed anywhere in India (remote areas) & should be prepared for travelling throughout India. Knowledge of Computers. Position requires consistent academic career (throughout first class), high level of maturity, leadership quality, English Communication.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, Project management software would be an added advantage.

Note: 1. Come with all original marksheets and 1 photograph

2. Candidates should be ready for commitment of 2 years

3. Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for final very

next day at Mumbai Corporate Office.

4. Finalist will be given To & Fro on submission of the tickets.

5. Selected candidates will have to join within a week
