Greenfield Online (a leading KPO worldwide) is constantly on a quantum growth in its India operations. To ramp up the team at our Gurgaon office, we are hiring Young, Talented and Mature individuals for some selected positions as ‘Trainee’.

Survey Programmer

– GUI Programming and testing survey logic (HTML, JavaScript MUST)
– MCA/BE/B.Tech Only

Quality Analyst

– Strong Maths Aptitude, Excellent analytical & Problem solving Skills with Computer knowledge
– MCA/BE/B.Tech Only

IT Systems

– Basic Concepts of Desktop Application and Troubleshooting
– MCA/BE/B.Tech/BIT/BSc(IT) Only

Essential Requirements:
1. Excellent Communication Skills
2. Excellent Analytical and Logical Skills
3. Open to Working in Night Shifts

Selection Criteria:
1. Group Discussion (for evaluating communication skills)
2. General Aptitude Test - 45mins.
3. Technical Test (if required) - 45-60mins.
4. Technical Interview - 30mins.
5. Personal Interview with Manager - 20mins.

1. Date of Joining – 13th July 2009 (Monday)
2. Candidate would join as ‘Trainee’
3. All Positions would require working in Rotational Shifts
