1.3-6 yrs of hand on exp on C++
2.Minimum 1 yr of hands on exp on STL (experience on minimum 3 to 4 container classes)
3.Good programming and analytical skills
4.Good communication

Job description:

•To Understand the functional specification
•Suggest design alternatives
•Coding & optimization (memory leaks, best algorithm to reduce the iterations, removal of dead code, coding conventions etc.)
• Unit testing (appropriate test cases and test data to do better code coverage)
• Bug analysis, fixing and regression testing
