Job Description :
- To achieve sales targets set out for the assigned corporate agency channel in the defined location / territory
- Drive and motivate the channel partners sales team
- Implement and drive the sales promotion schemes
- Co-ordinate the proposal to policy conversion process
- To positively promote the Company, its mission and core values
- To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.
- Desired Age: Not more than 25 years.
- Qualification: Graduate from a reputed institute.

Other Specification
- 1 year of experience in channel sales/sales. Experience in financial services will be an added advantage.
- Developed sales competencies of positive aggression, convincing ability , persuasive skills, relationship management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Location : Pune

Salary : CTC : Rs.90,300/- to Rs.96000/- per annum.
