Non Voice Associate - 17th to 21st Feb 2009 - Ocwen - Mumbai

Qualification :

Any graduates - BA, Bcom, Bsc, BBA, BHM
Note : We are not considering any technical background graduates - BE/Btech, BCA, MCA etc.

Responsibilities:
• The Associate Assurant (Non-voice) is responsible for ensuring that he/she meets and exceeds the client standards for production and accuracy.
• To ensure that he/she stays current with any process updates/changes as mandated by the client/management.
• To research for correct data in Hazard Insurance documents. Verify data and input it according to the prompts from the system/application.
• To seeks clarification from the Floor lead/team lead if he/she is uncertain about the process.
