Description:
* Responsible for making decisions on training requirement for team members and adjusting targets to suit the needs of the business.
* Ownership and problem resolution.
* Call monitoring, coaching and feedback, responsibility for delivery of the defined customer experience in every call.
* Training and development of staff.
* To manage the dayto day planning, operation and problem solving of a team of agents to meet with the required service level components, standards and sales targets, to develop the team to ensure delivery.
* Contribute for the initial hiring and selecting process of the front line agents.
* Compiling reports on teams performance.
Desired Profile
* Voice process only.
* Must have handled a team of 15-20 nos.
* Must be from an ITES Industry.
* Must have an experience of at least 2 Years with inbound process.
* Knowledge of more than any 2 Regional Languages (Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada & Malayalam) is an added advantage.

Minimum Qualifications
* Diploma/Graduates 2 +years of Experience in Inbound process.
* Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills.
* Positive attitude.
